Modifications to DotNetNuke Forms Module

This project is for modifications to a DotNetNuke Forms Module we have. The module is already working well but we want a few enhancements added to it. You MUST have DotNetNuke experience to bid on this project! 1. We would like Icons added within the Administration Manage Questions/Settings area sections. We can help in providing the icons 2. We would like a new section created within Manage Questions/Settings, Layout Area. We would like this section called 'Question Localization'. By default right now when you setup a dynamic form with dynamic questions you can specify a field label. This additional enhancement should be an area where you can also specify different field labels for different languages. This should be a new relational table within the database that references the QuestionID with the language and the new question label for that language. 3. Within the user-facing side that is displaying the field label, these labels should be changed if the user is setup with a different localization then the standard portal localization 4. A new feature should be specified in settings. This feature should specify 'Allow form submission from users only once'. If this is checked a message should be displayed when they navigate to the page that they have already submitted the form. * All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. We will provide full source code to modify, source is in VB.NET. This is on a tight deadline of two weeks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP.NET, VB.NET DotNetNuke 3.x/4.3x
