Content Manegment System

I would like a simple content management system (CMS) that should do the following: It will be used in a web hosting company where web site owners can edit their sites in a WYSIWYG fashion using their browser. The CMS should meet these criteria: - A log in screen, username and password. - A sucessful login will put the user in a file manager section. - the file manager will show all files in their root folder plus a list of subfolders. They can go to any subfolder and list files in it and so on. They should be able to navigate to any subfolder. They can't navigate outside of their root folder. - The can move, delete, rename, copy any file in the folder tree structure. - They can edit any html, asp, cfm, etc.. file in a web based WYSIWYG envirornment. You can use the free component from http://www.freetextbox.com. - The user *must* be able to edit the *whole* html page. Unlike many available html editors on the market, they should be able to edit anything in the page, not just what is inside the body section. This includes anything above the body tag including the body tag. They should be able to add Javascript, meta tags in the head ta, css, ... etc. They can edit what's in the body area in a WYSIWUG. In addition, the editor should be able to open the whole html page in a texarea box where they can edit the page text wise. Once they are done with any changes, they can publish the pages. The pages would replace the current page if it's not a new page or create a new file if it's a new page. The cms system is used to edit existing pages or create new files from scratch. If you want to visualize what I want, check out Site Up from http://www.indexsoft.com. They have an online demo and you can find out what it does. Their system uses Perl which I can't use. If you can make this cms work like theirs, it's perfect. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP.NET C#
