68349 PHP Script need made ASAP

I need a script like the one shown on this webpage: [login to view URL] (check a song and hit play) I want a somthing similar to the pop up... when a user on my site clicks on a ringtone or song, a pop-up window comes up, loads the ringtone, and plays it. (be sure to keep in mind, that the songs on the site are mp3, wave or somthing similar like that. BUT i will be using midi files) also the midi files will be stored on a folder OUTSIDE of the root dir. that way if someone finds the url they still cant download it without using are already made download script. now just like there player, our player should have a button that says download or have a download button (it should download from the same location. like for example, i use a link like: [login to view URL] and this link counts how many times a person downloads files a month etc. so it should point to this (NOT COUNT, people can listen to unlimited files) and then this link should be there (like the one above) so the person can download if they want it. now i need this script ASAP. i dont care if you "jack" theres and just make mods to it, or if you download on of the net and make the mods to it. IT JUST HAS TO WORK all testing needs to be done on our server, cause i our server is setup diffrently then most servers and dont want to be screwed like before. if you dont understand ANYTHING from above please ask before you place a bid. if you spam my PMB be copying a pasting a message that you use for eveyone eles, your message and bid will be diregaded. please state any TOS you have in the bid so we can choose the best programmer. also you HAVE TO BE able to finish it in the time frame YOU promise below, that means if you say 0 days then you should be done within 23 hours and 59 mins.
