301078 EBAY - Export to/Query/Report

BIDDER MUST UNDERSTAND HOW EBAY WORKS! If you are not familiar with eBay's PHP SDK, please do NOT bid on this. Site that provides online inventory management environment is adding a subscription module allowing its users to select particular items from their account and post them on eBay. Module will have two elements: 1- An account settings environment (Ebay Settings) which is activated at the time the user subscribes to the service - all the info pertaining to the individual will be held there (eBay account info..etc..) 2 - An Item listing Default environment (Ebay Default) will provide the user with the opportunity to create default settings for ALL new listings into eBay from his account (shipping, payment,etc). Module should draw from already existing item data, such as name, description, price, photo, etc. to fill in Ebay Default form for each specific item. Any changes made to the pre-filled fields in the Default form should prompt user with “do you want to save changes to Default form” option before closing. Each eBay export will be identified via a) item name b) eBay transaction ID. No data on the listing will be stored on this site except the eBay transaction ID(s), item status, latest query date/hr/mnt and closing date. Anytime user wishes to retrieve info about an item, site will query eBay. One item will be listable MULTIPLE times on eBay, and each time the user will be offered the listing data about that specific item, rather the Default info, will be used to pre-fill the item form for the user (the will be done via ebay query using the item name and the last Ebay transaction # for that item). Default form UI should be structurally similar to eBay's, without the internal links. Certain items such as Real Estate and Cars are excluded from this module. Current site UI should be updated in the following way: 1- Current “Item detail” interface should provide the option to “list on ebay”. At such option, interface would add a dropdown menu which would list a) transaction # for that posting, b) status as of latest Ebay query (pending, sold, etc), c) date of latest query 2) Item listed on Ebay should have some graphic indicator next to it in the folder content hierarchy listing, such as a mini Ebay logo, or “Ebay Listed”… 3) An EBAY LISTINGS REPORT should provide: a) the item names and transaction numbers of each Ebay listing, the location of that item in the inventory hierarchy (FolderA/FolderB/-), the status a/o the last query, and last query date/hr/mnt/ 4) One Button LATEST REPORT in the “Ebay Listing Report” would query Ebay for updates on all the current active listings. DEVELOPER MUST PROVIDE “IN PERPETUITY” LICENSE FOR PAYMENT. Honest omissions of these specifications that would clearly inhibit the functionality of this module are expected to be covered by this bid request, and by your bid.
