573404 Ammendments for my property website

Hi, I have a property website which I recently launched. I need some changes made to it as well as some features corrected as they are not functioning correctly. 1) On my website you can search by price range, but the developer only put in a single box so you have to search via the price range which is displayed in the drop down box, i.e. £100,000-£125,000, £125,000-£150,000, £150,000-£175,000...etc. I want this changed so you have seperate search box's for the minimum and the maximum price range. like the one on the following website: [login to view URL] 2)For some reason the developer who developed the site has hidden the contact details of the agents, so when they upload a property they have available, the ad does not display their contact details. I would like this changed so the advert displays their address and telephone number. 3)I have a contact form at the bottom of of each advert where someone can reply to an ad but when somebody does reply, the agent who posted the ad does not recieve an email telling them they have a response to the ad. I would like to programme the site so it sends out an email when someone replies. 4)I want this site to be international. USA as well. can you make it so that I have a .com/us and a .com/uk. if someone from the USA goes to my site they will be redirected to the /us site. Obviously all the currency and location list (which lists counties in the UK) will need to be changed to american states and counties. 5) I currently have two pages to search under, "to buy" and "to let". I wanted other pages too: a)Newbuilds- for developers. b)short term/holiday lettings. c)Land/development oppertunities. d)Commercial e)For Auction Newbuilds and short term lettings will also show up in the "to buy" or "to let" pages but will have a seperate page too. the submission form will also have to be editted. it will have to have another question which asks whether the property being posted is a: Home- then it will be posted on the "to buy" or "to let" Newbuild Short term/Holiday let Commercial property Land/development oppertunity. 6) there is an option to search by Property ID. I would like this replaced with "which country would you like to search" and a drop down box will allow you to switch to the USA site or the UK. I later want to open the website to other countries as well so might want more countries to add to the list.
