Hi, I would love to work on your project, for the following reasons 1. You want your application for both Android and iOS, I am capable of writing code for both android as well as for iOS. Please see reviews for both the platforms for which I've programmed. For android I even have 2nd level/Silver level certification. 2. You want offers to be pushed to the application. For this you would need server side admin panel as well. Well I have done coding for Php and MySQL as well and I know how to program webservices and admin UI in order to enable you to push notification. Dear Client, It is very much possible to send the notification for both android and ios. I have done this in PHP for android and iOS. I am android developer by profession and I have used the notification to a good level. Notification can be shown to the user even if the app is in the bacakground. The notification would be displayed in status bar incase of android onclick of which We can launch the app to show him more details. iOS also it is possible! The notification are displayed on the status bar when clicked on it, will take you to the app! Proceedure is really simple for android , iOS needs a certificate to be used on the server side! please let me know if you are interested!
