Video downloading and editing tool

Seeking a vendor to build a tool/application that makes it possible for a public user or our internal admin (editor) to download, edit, clip, and contribute video content to it’s video clip content management system and website. ** Function would be similar to RealPlayer, only it would operate as an integral part of our website -- Allowing direct download of videos from virtually any outside site that contains videos (YouTube, Fox News, Breitbart, CNN, WSJ, etc.) ** Allow for viewing and simultaneously clipping a specific portion of the video, and then uploading the clipped portion to content management system and website ** Allows editor to name and classify the clip, prior to upload, as follows: -- User types in a text name to identify the clip -- User types in a description of the clip up to 255 characters -- User classifies the clip with up to 3 selectable (pull-down menu) subjects for each clip -- User indicates the name of the speaker or group using a pull-down menu -- These parameters, along with unique user information, would be passed to our website and the CMS which is used to approve video clips ** Tool would be downloadable from the “Contribute Content” page of our website and possibly our Facebook page, or similar ** Tool could live as a widget on someone’s desktop, and/or be available as a toolbar or browser plug-in ** Tool would operate whether or not the user was logged into our website, but it would be login protected and would utilize users’ site login credentials ** Tool would interface with Facebook, Twitter and Google+ (etc.) and allow user to promote our website and the recently uploaded clip – which would then become public upon approval by our admin ** Tool would provide a feed that can be consumed by our website -- Showing clip count, user(s), title, and speaker -- This would serve to alert our website that new clips have been uploaded to the CMS ** Tool would pass required parameters to our website to allow association with user account – as if the tool were a seamless functional part of our website
