We are looking for someone to develop, program and code for our NEW niche social networking website. We have the PSD designs of the Home Page and inner pages. These need to be created into a form suitable for integration into SOCIAL ENGINE (minimum v4.1.4). You will be skilled in Web Programming, MySQL, PHP, JavaScript, CSS/HTML, and have experience with social networking creation.
