Build PHPmaker Admin for our website + Theme

Dear all professionals, We are looking for a professional developer that can build professional admin panel for our current website ([login to view URL]) using software called phpmaker which generate php codes for the admin. Additional to that for styling we are looking to have something same as wordpress styling Website Background + Features: 1. Our frontend website is been developed on php/mysql by our team. 2. The website is for posting Ads by the members which its open for any user to be a member 3. The style and structure we have made it almost same as twitter style 4. There are main 8 categories for posting Ads ( Realestate, Automobiles,Jobs,....etc.) and also each can have sub categories 5. Users can post Ads for free in any category 6. User can create his own theme and background for his website Requirements: 1. The developer should build professional admin panel css style same as WordPress admin theme and style 2. The developer should build the admin from scratch using software called phpmaker 3. We prefer that the developer use (PHPmaker) to build all the main website sections and then build the theme and style which is 100% same to WordPress admin 4. After submitting the project our developer shall easily edit in the phpmaker main file and upload to admin without affecting on the style. 5.
