Recreate PDF Brochure design into Microsoft Word

We have a PDF brochure in English with simple images (see file attached), and a Word document in Portuguese. We need someone that will (a) convert the Brochure lay-out from PDF into Word, treat the PDF brochure images in Photoshop and (b) insert the Portuguese text into the new document, so the result will be a Word Brochure with the exact lay out as the PDF Brochure. This requires skills concerning Word text formatting and Photoshop, in order the resulting Word brochure will be exactly like the PDF brochure attached to this project. The resulting Word brochure must be easily editable into Microsoft Word.
