WANTING A 2-3 PAGE ADULT WEB SITE

Ok, heres what I want and ONLY EXPERIENCED WEBSITE BUILDERS respond please! I'm wanting a 2 or 3 page website that will be nothing more than links, rotating banners, advertisement pictures for BIG web sites. This is strictly xxx ADULT CONTENT!! I want you to research and find out which adult web sites pay the most for bringing in customers to their sites. I want to use banners, adds, etc. that pay each time someone clicks on it. You will get the banners, pics, designs, etc. off the Large websites which my site will be promoting. I want visitors to my site to see the illustrations and then when they click on them to see more, etc. they will be forwarded to the main web site. I would prefer to link to websites that pay EACH TIME someone clicks on their banner/pic/etc. which will be posted on my website. I expect my website to be EXTREMELY APPEALING to visitors to the point that they want to come back again and again. You should have experience in building this type of site. These are relatively easy sites to build if you know how. The hardest part will be determining which sites I should link to----in other words which sites will pay me the most per click. I will want to see a mock version of the completed project before purchase. Site must be configured so that I can go in and change banners, etc. or, designed so that they change so often automatically. This will be a VERY adult oriented site XXXXXXXXX and the chosen builder will know the in's and outs of this type site so that it can get put online up and running ASAP!! You ABSOLUTELY must know hosting company's that will host adult sites. The site MUST be up and running on line before the project is considered completed ALSO, indicate with your bid how long you will be available for questions, making changes, etc. You must be ready to move on this immediately. These sites are not at all hard to build. I want this site designed so that people will love to visit it.
