I have a website that allows users to place orders for my t-shirts on, and then at the end they can submit the order over the site and it gets sent to me. I am looking for someone to do two things 1) Make it so that I can burn the website on a cd, so that when someone inserts the cd into there computer, it automatically opens. 2) Change it so that after they ahve selected there order and typed in info, when they hit submit, that info is automatically put in an email from them and emailed to me.

Hello. I have the offer for you. If I understood You correctly, You just need to get a data from some form. It will be easier to create this form as a windows form.
