Robinson Lumber Company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide logistical, organizational, and administrative support at our headquarters in Flint Michigan We are looking for someone who is excited to learn new things, hungry to take on new projects, and capable of solving problems with diplomacy. The new generation of family ownership places no limits on leaders, regardless of last name, and the company’s most successful people aim to spend the rest of their careers here, forming tight personal bonds with their colleagues. *Primary responsibilities* - Updating data management systems, such as Salesforce - Arranging travel, accommodations, and applying for visas - Scheduling appointments and maintaining outlook calendars - Handling incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, with ability to correspond on behalf of manager - Creating and maintaining a monthly expense report - Running errands as needed *Qualifications* - Experience in logistics and administrative work a plus - Candidates should have at least two years of relevant professional experience - Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail are essential to this position - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel - Lumber and flooring experience are not necessary - Experience in Salesforce CRM a plus
