Hello, Oracle Advanced Security is a wide set of possible configurations, it is not a singlo Product, what exactly do you need from Oracle Advanced Security??. Real Application Clusters is very expensive, you can do the same by installing Operating System native cluster option and installing Oracle database on top of it. I can help you with this installation. I can only provide you 3 days a week, 8 hours each, to be honest, I do not have experience on Real Appl Clusters, but I DO have 25 years of experience as Oracle DBA, I can try the RAC installation.
