DotNetNuke - Module Development

Hello, I am looking to employ an experienced DotNetNuke developer with a proven track record and good refernces. The freelancer will be employed to extend and add functionality to an already existing system. Task Needed: 1. The system currently allows users an unlimited number of searches. We need the system amended to only allow a predefined number of searches before the user has to upgrade to a paid subscription. 2. We need the screen flow amended to remove the Tariff question. We want the system to default to the tariff relevant to the time of day and to then enable the user to change it if required. 3. We want cookies added to the system to enable it to remember and store user preferences.
