.NET Web Service to convert XML into ZPL

Given a url to a zpl file - this .net web service will convert the xml into ZPL and return it as a string in one of two forms. Based on an argument the text will be returned as either clear text or encoded as a Base36 string. Successful completion of this project occurs when we can send the zpl to a Zebra printer and a label (matching the elements in the XML) prints. The types of objects needed to be supported are: Text, Images, Rectangles, Lines, Linear Barcodes, 2D barcodes and text fields. All will have x/y coordinates, rotation, type of element (type of barcode for example), items of information related to each element (for example with bar codes we would include (in addition to format and x/y) whether we want human readable above or below the bar code (or no human readable). All elements will have rotation indicated (if any) at 90 degree increments. We assume that you will need to define a standard set of ZPL headers and footers that would allow you to not have to worry about some of the standard elements of a label that are consistent across all labels (like the ^XA and other information at the beginning of the labels and the ^PQ and ^XZ directivies on the end of the label). A word of caution to those trollers that will instantly reply to all jobs with a "WE CAN DO IT" response. Save us both some time and do not bid on this. We will not teach you ZPL. If you do not know what ZPL is - you should probably not bid on this. We do have Zebra printers and we will help you with test prints and give you images back of what we've been able to print. But the best situation would be is if you have experience with ZPL -or if you look at zebra ZPL manuals and feel like you can understand this. I cannot stress this enough - WE WILL NOT TEACH YOU ZPL.
