Need paypal buttons w/ 'Adobe Contribute'

I have a php based website that is setup for client self maintenance using ADobe Contribute CS3. Only problem is that the paypal buttons on one of the pages do not seem to be 'editable'/ maintainable' using contribute and I know that contribute has a function to support paypal buttons but the original developer did not implement it that way. So, I need about 10 paypal buttons converted over to a Contribute' friendly format. Need ability to 'add more buttons' as well using Contribute. I need this done within a week of awarding the project, due to changes coming up on the site. Note, you must have Adobe Contribute CS3 or CS4 to test and use for this project.
