MySQL Schema (Help me create a schema)

Maybe I have not well understood your problem: do you mean that you need the "data model" to be created (I see that you already have tables and data on MySql)? Or do you need to create missing relationships among tables, foreign keys etc.? Or do you want to create a data model similar to the Access DB Schema? If the task you propose is to unload from your Access DB and reload data to your MySql DB, with the creation of all relationships, indexes etc. (and possibly the corresponding data model, in MySql Workbench format), I can do it in less than 1 day, for less than the minimum budget you defined. I can load your Access DB to a new MySql DB on my server, prepare it and then send you everything in a format (backup) that you can simply load to your MySql. If I have not understood your problem, please explain me, because I probably can help you. in any case. I have 30+ more year experience in database manipulation, and I've been often working on Access and MySql during the last 4-5 years at least.
