The best way to import and export data from any source to any destination is ETL tool (SSIS or Informatica). I can use this tool to achieve your requirement. Hello, I have done such cases multiple times in the past. I would either export the data from source table and restructure the sql script or handle the data through csv and then make a separate import script. It would also be possible to write a short php script - advantage of the script would be that you can use it as many times as you need it, but would take more effort to create it.
