Compare two table data in MySQL

Need this accomplished only in MySQL. Below is the high level requirement. Refer attachments for more details on requirement, table structure, before/after comparison sample result set etc. • Need a query/SP to compare the data of table1 and table2 • If a record in table1 has only one match found in table2 --> table1.ref_id = table2.rec_id, comp_result = 'Match' • If a record in table1 has multiple matches found in table2 --> table1.ref_id = table2.rec_id of the first match where table2.rec_id doesn't exist in table1.ref_id, comp_result = 'Match' • Value of ref_id should be unique.
