Orderes distribution app for selling agents + orders managment and statistics

Hello, I am looking for a android developer to create a simple app for me. The app should distribute orders to sales agents, how does it work? We receive an inquiry via the website, one of our workers take the buyer`s number + request and post it in the application. The application saves the order in the database and send push notification to all workers "Order available", the first worker that press "Accept" get the order under his name and his responsibility to fulfil it. every agent will have his own account (color) to sort the orders between the agents clearly. Once an agent accept the order, he have to contact the buyer. once he finish the call he has to update the status of the order. "Order hasnt completed", "Order completed", "Move it back to the orders database so other agent will take care of it". Order hasn't completed: The agent will have to write details about the call, and whats going to happen with this buyer. Order completed: need to take picture of the receipt he wrote during the order, write notes, and submit. 3rd option: The app will just take the order and move it to the general orders table. More details will be written in private, its really simple app, just need knowledge how to create forms, push notifications, and save everything in a database. The app should be written in Android and possibly be cloned later for iPhone. Waiting for offers from serious bidders only, automated responds will be deleted.
