I need a simple game app.

The app is simple. It's guessing game, the person holds up the phone to their forehead and a word or sentence comes on. The 2nd person needs to explain what the word is without using it. Example. If you're holding the phone to your forehead and the screen shows the word " CAR". I would say, it has 4 wheels, you drive it to work", etc. If you get it right, then you tilt the phone down and it goes to the next word. If it's too hard, then we can tilt up to pass, and go to the next one. This happens for 60 seconds and later it gives you a score.
