Modify elements and functionality of a functional Android App

We have functional code for a magazine content app. It connects to a Remote Service (webservice is ready and working) and gets news post based on tab selected from the Tabs. ViewPager has been implemented and is fully functional. All tabs are created dynamically based on backend entries. Fragment for each tab is also implemented. Depending on the type of layout selected in backend, the layout is inflated appropriately. We want a freelancer to do the following 4 tasks 1- Change the appearance of tab to look like in attached image (Exactly same as SmartNews app). Each tabs color should be decided on the basis of the color selection that comes from database. 2-When app first loads, get all News Post along with small and large image using single webservice call and store it in local Database for faster loading response and so that App doesn't have to make webservice calls each time a tab is selected. 3-Progress bar of new post retrieval should be in the action bar like in SmartNews app. 4-Page Curl effect like in SmartNews App. Everything else should remain as is in the app once the above 4 changes have been made. Please note this project does not require freelancer to make webservice or the backend admin control application. It only requires changes to Android Project. Payments will be based on milestones and each item will be a milestone with first one being the look and feel of the tab. Entire code base will be transferred to the winning freelancer.
