The project consists of two projects, for job seekers and employers. As a sole founder/developer, I want someone to work full-time on the design and UX of mobile applications. I will be working on the web api end points and the database. The launch of an MVP for both iOS and Android is planned to be in 2-3 months time. We will be working with Asp.net core, xamarin.forms. Who are you? A big emphasize is on attitude. This is a big project that requires focus and dedication. You should love to work on big data apps. You should have skills in communication and be able to ask the right questions in order to understand the domain of recruitment. You should be able to switch from a detail mindset to a holistic mindset. You are in phase in you career where you want to learn as this project literally will push your skills to the limit. You should love the minimalistic approach(if a plain text label does the work, use that, instead of doing something "impressive".) It is a big plus if you have interest in the HR/Recruitment domain. It is REQUIRED that you dont occupy yourself with other project. The aim for this project is to create the future job board, remove the resume and reinvent the job posts. Looking forward to start the work together.
