Iphone app to track red dots

I would like to work the right developer to create an innovative new iphone app golf simulator. The idea is that my company would manufacture a weighted and realistic feeling "golf club" which would in fact be a short stick suitable for home use. The stick would have two red dot lights on the bottom. The application should: -Use the front camera to track to movement of the two red dots -Display a golf ball on the screen. -Display a club head on the screen in relation to the two red dots movement if they get close to the screen/ball -Track the red dots and provide a statistics relating speed and club position through the ball -In the future cast the image of a golf course and ball flight on to a connected TV For now we would just like to prove the concept of tracking red dots and their speed and angle in relation to one another and the camera. We need to understand if this is even possible before we invest in further application development. For this phase of the project, and the fee outlined, we would like: -Application which uses the camera to track two dots and creates a a virtual club head based on their distance, angle to one another.
