Android and iphone Proposal

Hi, I have an app fully designed and need it programmed in ios and android. I am currently learning android app development but my skills wont be quite there just yet and would love to release this app as I've been sitting on the idea for a while and I believe will be a great success. Its an original idea and will be a fun time for all users. It is fully designed and now needs to become functional. The app has great potential for advertising and marketing ventures. After speaking to a marketing specialist recently, I was offered the money to get it built but they wanted a piece of the company, so I turned it down. The app is a game, however not in the sense that you'd think. It is a social game but wont require any 3D graphics. It will operate similarly to Instagram, however it is not a social media competitor. So if you can code instagram, you would code this. What I can offer: - Im willing to offer 20% of takings until the total of $500,000 has been reached. - 20% of this $500,000 will equate to $100,000 for the programmer under contract. If however the app is not a success and the programmer does not earn a minimum of $10,000 in the first 12 months, the company will be liable to pay to programmer a fee of $5,000 for their work. However, I do believe it has potential to take off with the right launch. What functions will the app require? - Ios and Android platforms - Web socket programming for chat ([login to view URL]) - Take/Send/Upload pics/vids - Sign In / Log out - Add/Block user - Search User / Game ID - Voting System - Notifications - In app purchases (however the game is completely free to play) - Settings - Profile edit - SECURITY If youre wiling to take the gamble, the offer is there. However, you will receive a minimum of $5,000 AUD 12 months after launch even if the app is a flop. Many people tell me their app ideas and I understand the hesitation with the "I have a brilliant app idea" as most are too specific and the market isnt large enough, poorly designed or poorly executed but this is a solid idea and I believe will the programmer will reach his $100,000.
