An iPhone Radio/music player linked to Joomla 1.5 site

We have posted this once before but did not award as we realized the site had to be operation to achieve the best results it is now ready and in beta, Please do not bid if it is your intention to close out the bidding then increase your bid as we will report such actions to freelancer and all work will be paid through freelancer! We require a Mobile radio player/download music player for iphone We require a mobile radio player that will link with our new music site and take its music feed from each of the genre we list. (There will be a streaming link for each genre of music). The radio player should have functions similar to live365 or a similar net radio player. but will not be required to look for other channels if should just play our feeds and only our feeds New listeners/artist should be able to register on the mobile the same as the web site. cant put website name on as would be breach of rules. (the site is joomla 1.5 based, and cannot be updated at this time) The radio player will be branded as our site with the fixed images we will supply once we have the required sizes from the chosen developer or with a admin update to do that. The music download player/app that will link with our new music site will let the user access the site from their mobile, search artists and pick tunes to download. User should be told if they are on wi-fi or 3g when downloading. The music player should have functions that allow play of music and a screen view of images that have been attached to each downloaded song. These images will be held separate to the songs on the site but linked at the point of download, at that point both file names should be removed and renamed .rsr - now the file may be a mp4, .giff whatever but as far as the end user is aware the download is only able to be played with the Radio player, which plays .rsr files. When a user downloads their chosen music and starts to play the choices, the player would display on the mobile screen images that we have attach to each song at the point of download, that could be other local bands or upcoming gigs locally or any other information 480x320 pix,. (each 15 sec image is silent) So it would use the registered users information to work out what that user likes and where he/she is, it could ask the user if they are at home or a different location when they are downloading. (do not use GPS as its energy heavy) The images attached to the downloads need to be active in that if the image offers free tracks or tickets or other offers the viewer needs a touch screen operation that records acceptance of that offer and stores it at a place on the mobile player they can view at any time when in the player, ideally that would be a one time voucher retrievable via NFC in the handset if it has one, QR code or by voucher delivered by email/text The music player should look similar to the radio player. It will be branded as our site with images that we will supply once we have the required sizes from the chosen developer. I have attached a file to play on a mobile that has a song with images, on my iphone I have to tap the screen to make it full screen! but it gives a good idea of the end article. It would be good if The Radio player and the download music player could be amalgamated we are open to suggestions on that Part three Joomla work A Joomla page that we have designed that registered artists/others can use to design and post images that can be added to the music downloads, which will require data base knowledge and application.
