Asterisk Client (Mobile + PC)

Create web based voip telephony client that will be able to run on: - Android - IOS - Windows Phone - Windows (PC) - Linux This web client supposed to be pre-configured with our asterisk settings (server/user/password) and allow any of the users easily put in user/password and connect to it's VOIP account. Also, we need so every time user trying to call a number and typing a number starting with +7 it will be converted automatically into 8 (without plus) if user trying to call a number start with 8 so not needed any changes. Need back end interface to manage the accounts and server configuration. So the login window for the end user will look like: User Name: Password: Upon user/password it will connect the user to his own VOIP account on the server. Just like any VOIP/SIP Soft client.
