This app was started by another freelancer but not finished, so I have a partial apk made. I am looking for an app on my Android phones/tablets that will keep track, client info (name & numbers) and of my daily time for at least 2 separate users, there is a few fields that need to be included, work hours, travel hours, service hours, truck payment and subsistence, and have the ability to take that information and put it on an invoice, and create a pdf and save it to a cloud account, as well as the ability to email it, also keep a grand total made. Some sort of ability to sync up the devices as well, even if it takes a small program running on my Linux server to accomplish. There will be a place in the app that I can enter information about the Location (LSD) and take a GPS coordinate and save it. Also, would like to incorporate a vehicle inspection report in the app.

From your requirement, we understand that app will have following functionality:
a)App can keep track the record of client info.
b)We have to add some extra fields in the app.
c)Create invoices.
d)Create pdf of invoices
e)You can also sync saved invoices to server.
f)You can inspect vehicle inspection report.
We can make a page where all the details of the users you will show in a list. You can fill the details of a user and save them. We can implement sqlite database to store the data of users . We can use library to create PDF. After creating there will be option to email the pdf. We will use "Intent.ACTION_SEND " to send an email.
You can save the record of all the users . There will be sync button, onclicking that We will fetch the record of all the users and send them to server. So we will call webservice for that.
Queries:
a)When you save the location along with GPS coordinate then it will show in google maps. Please confirm.
b)You want that after creating invoice, you want to save invoices in server to keep the record. Please confirm.
c)Is there any option to download the pdf after creating it or only we will have to save it to cloud account. Please confirm.
d)Webservice will be provided by you or we will have to make the webservice. Please confirm.
