Fix performance issue in a Phaser c2.0.7 cordova 3.6.4 android/ios game

Hi Everyone, I had an app indevelopment and the developer could not find out why there was such a performance problem with the beta version. In web browsers the app works fine but as soon as it gets built as an app for android or ios the performance falls off a cliff and the motion of the app gets really laggy and start stop start stop. The app itself is pretty simple. Jump to avoid objects. Keep jumping on top of the objects as they move at different speeds to win a round, then move from round to round from scene to scene (jungle, ocean, river, sewer). This job is to figure out and fix the performance problem on android and ios (it is probably the same issue for both), document what was done and how you debugged it. The developer said to me "i use phaser framework ( Phaser v2.0.7 ) and cordova (Cordova 3.6.4 ) build coconut app for mobile (ios and android) and that work nice on browser (CHROME , FIREFOX ..) but have issue with performance on mobile , it very lag on mobile when i build that with cordova . i think it is problem of performance html5 (webgd or canvas) of webkit on android but i dont know how to fix that " So again the app from functionality works in browsers but apparantly the canvas or webgl causes it to be non usable when built as an app so this needs to be fixed and the fix needs to be documented. For all you html5 cross device developers this should be a piece of cake :-). I can give you the last android build to test it on your android phone as well as the source code should you win the project. You will be working as a work for hire and may not reuse this game in any way.
