Develop an Android and iOS (iPhone plus iPad) mobile game app

WE NEED A RESPONSIBLE, HONEST, TALENTED FREELANCER TO DEVELOP: From scratch (in terms of actors, scenes, backgrounds, and objects design) a SINGLE-LEVEL 3-D turn-based strategy dice board game app FOR iOS AND ANDROID devices (sort of like Ludo mated with Monopoly, in a very loose descriptive sense), with MULTIPLAYER CAPABILITY (ability to compete against other Facebook friends or online players randomly assigned by Game Center). Up to 4 players, each of whom navigates an obstacle course, races to be the first to reach the destination, gathering gemstones along the way (Temple Run 2 style). So, single player can compete against the computer AI, but friends/strangers can be invited to compete against the player. The app must have ability to purchase gems to unlock power-ups to speed up game completion, and for cosmetic skins/accessories for the avatars. The players accumulate gems as they progress along the sectioned “Boardwalk”, encountering (dialog box or pop-up) obstacles and opportunities along the way. Gems can be also be used in isolated instances to neutralize/hinder opponents in a very limited way. Also, built-in localization, geolocation, accelerometer, and in-game advertising capability is required. WE DO NOT HAVE FRAMEWIRES, BUT WE HAVE A FEW IMAGES OF 3D DESIGNS WE WILL PROVIDE. DETAILS WILL BE PRIVATELY PROMPTLY PROVIDED TO BIDDING FREELANCERS WHO DIGITALLY SIGN A NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (“NDA”) AFTER SUBMISSION OF PLACEHOLDER BIDS. PLEASE TAKE CAREFUL NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT ENTERTAIN WHATSOEVER ANY BIDS REQUIRING THE RELEASE OF AN ADVANCE OR INITIAL MILESTONE. If you require an advance milestone, please do NOT waste your time and ours bidding on this project because if you are awarded, we will quickly cancel without giving you an advance on Freelancer.com or initial payment via Paypal. We will deposit a reasonable milestone with Freelancer.com, but WE WILL NOT PAY ANY MILESTONE PRIOR TO RECEIPT OF FULLY SATISFACTORY COMPLETE 3D DESIGNS AND UI FRAMEWIRES. This is the THIRD time this project is being posted in 2 months. Freelancer SOFTERBDX from Bangladesh, formerly known as XCODELOKI, was awarded the project, but then stole our funds and did zero work before his XCODELOKI account was cancelled. Freelancer OFFENDERSTECHNO (run by Ketav Shah) of India was next awarded this project after careful attempted vetting. OFFENDERS TECHNO also sought an advance milestone and, after 30 days, has produced no useful designs and zero code, and has ceased communication with us after failing to trick us to award them our other project. We will be leaving extremely unfavorable feedback for OffendersTechno, as we did for SofterBdx, to warn other employers to avoid these charlatans.
