Emails are stuck in the outbox. I have spent hours trying to fix this and worked on all sorts of fixes from the web. I have removed and re-installed Office 365 a number of times but still cannot get it to send. I think it might be an issue with .ost and .pst files. If I try to add an existing data file, they are stored as .ost but Outlook can only look for a .pst file. I think someone needs to look at my computer remotely if that is possible

I can remote into your computer and try a couple of troubleshooting steps in attempt to fix it. It should not take long if the issue is indeed the OST file. If that does not fix it I will try looking into Outlook itself as it really depends on the emails and they can be stuck in the outbox for numerous reasons. Thanks! Kind regards, Venetsia
