We have a word design letterhead however the company cannot get it to be used as a template. We need the letter head to open in word, have at the design on the first page with header and footer and background, however the second page etc... only needs the footer. Not sure of the budget - we have the design and everything, we just cannot get the design to act as a template that can be used as a letterhead, then convert effectively to PDF with our losing content and changing size.
