Dear developer, For underwater communication, we need a radio module that we can easily use to send data over e.g. serial port (hardware or software) using ArduinoIDE and an Atmel-Processor. We have following application: transmit data underwater at least 5m We thought about following solution: make the frequency as low as possible, we are aware of several radios with 315, 433 and 868MHz but that's still too much for us. Please, before we give you the job, make a suggestion what radio you would use to accomplish this so we can filter the not so useful applications. Thank you.

I have experience in Radio Module with using ArduinoIDE and could design it for you as per your requirements. I am having more than 15 years of experience in PCB Design, Circuit Design, Circuit simulation, IOT products development and building electronic products. Hi There why not use WiFi ? WiFI can work well in that 5m distance under water all you need is ESP8266 , one located under water for transmitting , and the other on receiving end, data is transmitted over WiFi so what is your idea here, what are you going to do with the one on receiving end ?
