Time- series input based feed forward neural network inference

Hi I'm a software developer with almost two years of experience and a datascience practitioner for about 3 years. I have gone through your explaination document. From my understand, you are trying to build a neural network that uses your mathematical equation instead of a traditional one. I did explore on building a neural network from scratch without using any framework.
