I collect leads for small to mid-sized businesses. These leads come as the result of ads placed on Facebook and Google. Once a potential lead clicks the ad they're taken to a landing page where they asked to be contacted and leave contact information including (but not limited to) their name, phone number and email address. The person(s) I'm lookign for must... - treat lead information as confidential - have experience in inbound and/or outbound calling - have excellent written and spoken English and/or Spanish skills - be able to read and/or memorize call script and procedure - have and maintain a decent internet connection - have and maintain their own phone line and computer equipment Other duties may sometimes include... - digitizing documents - troubleshooting technical issues The following skills are a major plus but not required... - HTML/CSS/JavaScipt/PHP (or at least a basic understanding of the concepts) - Any marketing or telemarketing experience - Any work-from-home experience I'm looking for a true professional and I'm willing to pay to get what I need.
