Please quote exactly how many hours you require to complete this task. To do this project you MUST have experience using JIRA Bitbucket and be a Magento Certified programmer Before you start the project you would need to download our branch from JIRA and DB from google drive. Install on your local environment and ensure its working properly. We would like you to install a magento extension from Magento Commerce. The support ticket extension we have not yet chosen, please give your recommendation from previous experience. The support ticket extension must have the ability to assign different users who are concurrently logged on at the same time in magento admin panel. Testing must be done on your local environment before pushing changes to our clone server. We can pull the changes to our clone site and also to the live site.
