Resolve wired unmanaged issue in ubuntu and enable the computer to accept remote desktop connections and list the steps follow to achieve objectives

Could you please give me some more information, you need to enable internet connection in Ubuntu system? if so, we need to install vncserver in you machine, and access the system remotely with vmc client.. I can support you for this.

Have you tried checking the firewall? Have you tried checking the IP of your Ubuntu machine? Is this the first time you'll set this up? If not, when was the last time its working?
