Adult one way links

I need to build up one way links to a one of my sites. This site is in the adult industry. Right now I just need to have 400 links sent to one site but I have 4 other sites that are going to need approx 3,000 links each in the future and would like to establish a work history with someone who could do this for me in the very near future. When bidding please include the approximate amount of time it would take to achieve the 400 links. Also describe the kind of methods used for gathering these links, and where the links might appear. Here are some requirements for the links to the site: 1. Must be in place for at least 12 months. (Future link building projects will depend on whether links are long lasting) 2. Must be one way. 3. All links must be visible static text links 4. No JavaScript links, no redirect, no cloaking, no flash, no frames, no hidden links 5. Cannot have the rel=nofollow tag 6. We won't accept more than 2 links from same domain/IP 7. We won't accept more than 4 links from same server or belong to the same c-class network 8. No links for sites already linking to us. 9. Link Page should be indexed on Google and yahoo, and have a Google cache no older than 60 days. 10. No link from sites with illegal content 11. The Anchor Text must not be changed 12. There will be 4 different Anchor Text, meaning 100 links per Text. Any links not meeting these requirements will be rejected, and a replacement must be provided. If there requirement are too stringent please contact us and we might be able to work something out. Each link will be verified monthly. We require report of all links created. Report must contain the following: 1. URL where the link appears 2. IP of the site As mentioned above we are looking to establish a long term working relationship in order to achieve our long term goals, and maybe go beyond.
