Simple Laravel Form & CRUD with an API

Hello, I’m looking for an EXPERT in website development, both back-end and front-end. Please read all the details. We sell hosting in an area that doesn't use traditional Credit or Debit card, customers pays in cash. Once the customer submits a request, the website Admin contacts the customer to receive payment, once the payment is received then the Admin approves customer's request. We need to get two variables: 1. Is a domain name available? ${VAR1} 2. How much does it cost? ${VAR2} You can used this free API: [login to view URL] Once they submit a request, a unique request number is sent through an email to the customer, a copy is sent to both the Website Admin and the Sales Representative. Admin Panel: * Approve requests after the customer pays the fee in cash and delete requests that haven't * Send reminders to the customer for next billing cycle * Modify prices (Hosting Cost) - This can be done in the code level, just comment out the file we need to modify. The website needs to be in three different languages. You can tell us which file do we need to work on and to translate the GUI. The Website Admin will translate the website. Your code is easily understood by other programmers. - You're a decent and honorable person, you don't like to install rootkits, malware, viruses, download un-trusted packages, or use unsupported technologies. - Again, Quality Assurance (Testing) is a must.
