Joomla sweepstake (lottery) component

Our local city portal is giving concert tickets, free dinners at restaurants, t-shirts and other gift to its registered members. Every registered members can attend the sweepstake between the gift giving period. When the period is over the system automatically choose the winners and show in the page (moreover sending email to admin). What we want is the module or component for Joomla 1.5x Admin Side operations 1 - Admin can open new new gift (sweepstake) with gift title, description, Sweepstake start date and time, Sweepstake end date and time, total winner member (any number 4, 2, 3) and finally a option that the winners chose by system automatically or choose by admin manually. 2- Admin could edit above operations and all fields. 3- Admin could also delete it 4- Admin could view subscribed members and its informations for active sweepstake but members should not 5 -Admin could view winners all informations username name surname gsm number and comments for finished sweepstakes howeever member just can see winners username (or name surname) Member Side operations 1-Any Registered Member can attend a sweepstake with filling these fields; username (automatically), Name Surname, GSM Number, and text place for comments. Member must fill the name surname and gsm number fields. Other Operations. 1-While there are more than 1 sweepstake a member can just attend one of them. 2-A member can unsubscribe a sweepstake and subscribe an other one. 3-Main Page should include old sweepstake informations title, description total winners and winners username. 4- showing username or name can be changed by admin in views. 5- The main page can show 20 or 30 old sweepstake and if there are more it can be showed with page numbers 1 - 2 - 3. IMPORTANT: We are using a template that have more than 1 style, thats why it will be good that the code is easy editable for our css working are like <h3> - <div class:title> etc.. I am adding screens from our current module which we are using in phpnuke. I can also prodive the phpnuke module files and sql to the coder for an example maybe it makes shorter the script creation.
