GUI Development Specialist

We request proposals from GUI development specialists for a project estimated to take perhaps in the vicinity of 100 hours, give or take, depending on the developer’s experience with the technology. The candidate we’re looking for is whomever submits the best proposal and combined follow-up interview given the following project requirements: •Highest priority will be given to those who have direct development experience using the Admin Panel Theme Framework technology developed by Metronic: [login to view URL] This is the theme we have selected for the project. •Next highest priority will be given to those with experience in similar competing technologies (please state which… and provide examples if you have them) •Subsequent level of priority will be given to those with significant HTML, CSS and JavaScript development work. •Next level of priority will be given to ‘time and experience’ you have developing. •Good English communication skills are a must. Foreign accents or poor grammar are not a problem at all, but we do need to be able to communicate well together. •Have some time overlap with standard business hours in the USA EST time zone. The job will involve a great deal of working knowledge with HTML, CSS and JavaScript in general (though JS is less critical).. But it’s all in the context of the Admin Panel theme’s framework. As such, you’ll need to understand how to work within the theme. At it’s essence, the job is largely ‘an Art project’. You will not have any back-end server code to develop. We mostly need you to develop and style HTML pages for us using the Metronic theme. There may be some JavaScript work involved, but your ability to do so would be a ‘bonus’. Our primary requirement is that you be able to take sample pages in PDF format (that we provide to you) and convert these pages into an equivalent representation using the Metronic Theme’s provided GUI code objects. Our need is immediate and our interests are full-time availability (or near full-time availability). We will likely approve a few 10’s of hours of work to begin, but once it’s clear you’re producing good results, we’ll take the pages as quickly as you can develop them.
