I would like to have someone create a web-based application that tracks trips and travels. I would like to create this in a very iterative way - building a base foundation and then slowly adding functionality. To start, there are 3 types of functions I would like this to do: 1. User accounts. To start, this is simple account information: First Name Last Name Nickname email Current Location 2. Date Input // Track trips Users can put in trips with the following information Date of trip Starting Point (can be set to "home") Destination Point (can be set to "home") Travel mode (fly, drive, train) * "Home" can be set before hand, but must be set by date range, such as "New York from Jan 1, 2004 - September 1, 2007. London, from September 2, 2008 - until present) 3. Date Display // Show trips Show the trips on a google maps Show total kms/miles traveled Show average traveled per hour/day/week/year More functionality will be added on top of these layers - such as showing top ranks for travelers, posting to FB, adding trips by email or tweets, and so on. Graphic design is not necessary - I am looking for a low res designs - and mostly focused on ensuring the functionality really works great. I will choose 2 or 3 groups to develop these base functionalities, and then based on the results - I will hire one group to continue to build the application.
