Professional joomla programer

I'm looking for a professional joomla and javascript coder to customize my psd template . I have created the new layout (psd file) and I need to customize this layout based on the template I have now. also for the header, I need to use same effect for the pictures as this link: [login to view URL] Also there should be some flash animation(instead of the picture in the content) that need to be integrated into the website. The browser should check if the flash player is installed, it will display the flash animation,otherwise it keeps an image instead of the animation. the flash is already done I have attached the new layout that needs to be integrated into this template. The deadline shouldn't exceed 24 hours to be completed. You should be a javascript coder in order to create the header effect If you are not able to convert my psd layout into a joomla template please don't bid.
