j2me application for symbian phone

we need an application for symbian phone to send an sms formatted in a specifical manner. The user can choose from 15 combo menu and a note field and the application write the sms like this: +39338123456 103 1 1 1 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 0 "the lift is ok has to be fixed in this part specifically in this part bla bla bla" if has to be sented in 2 parts the application can provide a sequence number. if it works we ask for other mobile phone operative system in other project at the same supplyer. We need to have the suorce of the software to verify our privacy policy. We'll develope 4/5 of those software per year and we're looking for a trusted service provider to work at lest for a year
