Requirements. 1. Ability to record .mp3 voice messages. 2. Ability to add / edit mp3 tags for each recording. 3. Ability to upload/download mp3's via wifi/http. 4. Ability to display list of recordings. 5. Ability to create playlists ... within iTunes if possible ... internal to the app would be fine 6. Ability to play either two iTunes playlists at once or one Itunes playlist and one internal to the app. 7. Ability to control the volumes of the two playlists independently. 8. Rights to use source code under BSD or similar license. 9. Delivery of source code that compiles on my Mac. 10. Storage of data within SQLLite database. Graphics / visuals are not required at the moment ... that is it just has to work ... it does not have to look pretty.
