Ionic development

Hi, I run a UK based open source development company with an offshore consulting/development team in Kolkata, West Bengal (just mentioning this as the project is being run from there). We are 4 months into development on a new SaaS application and we shortly need to begin development on the mobile apps where we wish to use Ionic to develop a single app to cover IOS & Android. These mobile apps are for an ERP type solution (CRM, accounts, contacts, opportunities, sales orders, purchase orders, equipment management, stock/inventory, employee/contractor management, logistics management, events management, reporting, and more). There will also be two smaller apps for the logistics team + event staff which will handle only specific processes (these employees don't need access to the 95% of the functionality that will be in the main app. All mobile apps need to work fully on/offline as they will be used in the events sector and mobile data/wifi isn't available at all locations. There is probably 6-9 months of work full time (160+ hours per month) on this project. This project will only be awarded after an interview process and successful completion of a technical test/small development test.
