Responsibilities for this project are as follows: Work throughout the day during U.S. hours with our Clients to: Provide Client Support - Chat with our clients to manage their Google & Bing listings. Clients will use our chat software. Successfully manage & optimize their Google & Bing listings Troubleshoot Google & Maps listings issues such as incorrect pin listing or issue with Google My Business content Observe interactions & issues for any trends that need to be escalated These will be done through: Contact clients via phone, chat or email (speak english is a plus) Work through disabled Google or Bing account or listing situations Support Google co-management & interaction with Google’s call or email support teams Handle escalated client accounts & investigations Maintain accurate records within our system to close tickets. Support SEO maps listing knowledge throughout Client Services Interact with managers & other Client Services team members to continue to increase the overall SEO knowledge Be on top of relevant SEO & digital advertising industry changes Updating listings as necessary to accurately represent our clients’ business online Flag changes or updates for trend management or process update to appropriate group If you have read all these requirements and would like to apply for this long-term position then copy and paste the following before your reply so we know you are not autoresponding us "I HAVE ALL THE SKILLS ABOVE AND I AM READY TO PROVE IT".
