Freelancer for Jdate israel Search (brand and non brand) living in israel

We are Spark Networks GmbH and merged with spark networks inc in December. Spark networks is the owner of sites like Jdate, Christian Mingle, Adventists and EliteSingles and one of the leading companies for serious matchmaking across the globe etc…. One of our sites is Jdate in israel. Normally we do all marketing in House (from Berlin) but the hebrew language and the israelian market are a bit of a challenge for us, to say the least. We are looking for an israelian based freelancer who can help us with our PPC performance in This market (search and possibly also GDN => main Focus is SEM) We took over the PPC account from an agency that was guided by the old spark company. Looking at the account, it doesnt perform good at all. So we either have to restructure the account or we have to create a new account and manage it. How we would structure the work together would be 1) Week 1: 2 days => Call with Spark, Understand our business, look into the account, prepare an action plan 2) Week 2: 2 days => call with Spark to understand the action plan, take actions (restructure the account or create new one) 3) The two weeks after 8 hours per week for normal optimisation in search and GDN 4) After 4 weeks, 5 hours per week as it will just be continuous optimisation We might be launching a dating comparision site in the near future in Israel, so we might need PPc help on this project too. But i dont know when it will be ready yet. If it would be ready we would need arround 8 hours of your time per week but lets start with Jdate first.
