30 PR 3+ LINKS NEEDED - SEO I am looking for a qualified professional Link Builder to provide me with: 100 One-Way, non-reciprocal links from US pages with a Google PR3+ for 1 website. Specific keywords and corresponding URL will be provided. Links need to be from sites related to my website (insurance, marketing, telemarketing). This is a test project for me and more work to follow if I find the correct provider. GUIDELINES: 1. Links must be strictly from: Google PR3+ Pages / NOT PR3+ home page (not the homepage of the website, but the actual page where the link is placed) 2. ALL backlinks must be DO FOLLOW... All links will be checked. 3. Free one-way manual links, one link per domain or subdomain. 4. Pages must be in US English 5. Page should not be excluded by robots.txt. 6. Link page must be search engine friendly. 7. Links must be static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty 8. Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, Bing, MSN and Yahoo within last 30-80 days. 9. Links must be permanent, You AGREE to replace any links which are removed within 12 months after placement. 10. Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. 11. Links must be text static html links including the choosing target keywords in anchor text. 12. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. NOT ALLOWED: 1. No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc. 3. No link from: ARTICLE or DIRECTORY SITES, FORUMS, comments, torrent sites, from guest books, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, Free For All websites, hacker, gambling, ping sites, etc. 4. No fake PR or sites banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing. 5. No links from "under construction" pages. 6. No sites which ask for money later. 7. No use of automated software or bots. 8. No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages. 9. No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. 10. No adult websites or with illegal content. 11. NO black hat or Grey hat tactics. We require white hat techniques only. 12. No more than 50 outbound links on the page where link is placed 13.
